The Bitch Theory would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We recognise the deep cultural, spiritual, and historical connections that the Gadigal people have to this land, and we honour their ongoing role in the care and preservation of the land, waters, and skies.

WHO ARE WE?
The Bitch Theory is a radical feminist online journal aiming to inform individuals on injustice, give a platform to non-male, BIPOC, queer, disabled or otherwise marginalised voices, to nurture passion for social justice and inspire change across the world.
We want to build a community that encourages individuals to see the importance of radical feminism and its respective beliefs to achieve the liberation of women and marginalised communities, and we aim to do this in a way that is demanding, bold, that defies all odds. We do not condone sugar coating, bias, or silence. We are loud, angry and abrasive and we are proud to share our work in such a manner. If you are not loud, you are silent.
Change is real. Change is not possible, probable or even likely. It is certain. It will be achieved. It starts with YOU. Subscribing to The Bitch Theory is the first step; to educate yourself, to stay consistent with the motivation for change. Then you get involved, you research, you share and inform others. It becomes wide-spread. There is strength in numbers and the unification of non-males everywhere. It is free. We cannot exist simply on hope or faith that things will change someday.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Write for us today. Submit a work, research a topic that you feel needs attention brought to. We accept any and all works that align with our standards and criteria. We are always looking to provide a platform for individuals
You can subscribe to our mailing list to be notified of our fortnightly publications ensures that our writers and composers have an audience. By tuning into our publications, you can educate yourself as well as others around you. Change, no matter how small, is still change.
Get involved in local politics. Australians in particular have always taken a stance that is far too neutral and laid-back when it concerns politics. This reflects the wilful ignorance of injustice and suffering.
Attend any events that we notify you of. Click here to find and discover events that might interest you. Building a community is our main goal, and it is an essential part of any resistance movement or organisation. There is strength in numbers. This is a collective sufferance, thus it must be a collective fight.

We thank you for taking the initiative to want to inspire others and incite change. Firstly, we only accept submissions from non-males. We accept both creative and non-creative works. We accept multiple submissions. We only ask that the work that is submitted align with the beliefs and values reflected in radical feminism.
